How this site uses browser storage
The site uses necessary browser storage for security, claim-form progress, session state, authentication and your cookie preference. These functions are needed for the service you request and cannot be switched off through the analytics control.
First-party analytics remains off until you choose Accept analytics. If accepted, the site creates random visitor and session identifiers and records page, device and referral information. It does not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses or claim descriptions to analytics.
Controls and duration
Choose Necessary only to decline analytics, or Accept analytics to permit it. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. Session information normally ends when the browser session ends; the analytics preference and random visitor identifier persist until removed or reset in your browser.
Third-party services
Links to telephone, email, WhatsApp, the SRA and other external services open those providers' services, which apply their own privacy and cookie practices. The SRA Digital Badge is supplied by Yoshki on behalf of the SRA and checks the website address so visitors can verify that the badge is genuine. The site does not load advertising cookies or social-media pixels by default.
